I went to SM Megamall branch because that's where I normally go to and it's the largest branch of Flawless.

Before the procedure started, I was asked to sign a waiver. They usually ask for your consent for treatments that are more intense. So if you're going for a facial, I think you there's no waiver anymore.

The procedure started with a classic facial. They cleanse the face with a cleansing foam and steam it for a few minutes before the pricking starts. After closing the pores with laser, it was time for my nano peel.

The machine used looked like a vaccum for the face. It has crystals and aluminum oxide. The crystals are corundum crystals which are very very fine so the pain would be tolerable. It gives a micro peel, exfoliate the skin and whiten it. It also removes dry skin and helps control oiliness.

The pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I did feel scratching though and there were times I would make it stop a bit. But overall, I was able to push through it. Haha!

I was told not to expose my skin to the sun and wear sunblock. I also cannot wet my face for 4 hours but decided to not wet it the whole night.

Right after the peel, I thought that my face would start peeling and turn red. Surprisingly I did not peel! Even the day after, no peeling at all. There were a few red areas here and there but they said it's because of the facial (pricking) and not the power peel.

When I touched my skin, I can already feel the difference. I already felt that my skin was very smooth and soft.

Here are photos the day after my power peel. I have to say this was the perfect time for me to judge the result of the powerpeel.

My skin was glowing. It's definitely more radiant looking. :) i would have to say it made my skin just a tad lighter, but not really whiter. I think the lightening effect is because of the dry dead skin that was removed by the power peel.

I am very satisfied and I highly recommend this procedure. As I'm typing this, it's already been a week but my skin is still as good and as nice just like the day after the procedure. :)

I'll post more photos next time, I'll incorporate the 2 procedures I had in one post to show you how I look a day after. :)

I confess. I'm not fond of putting lotions and body creams that much because I feel like it's already hot here in the Philippines that I don't need to feel any warmer than I already do. Plus I have always thought I'm still young, I don't need to moisturize yet, my skin isn't dry.

I guess as we grow older, things change, how we think changes too. Recently I discovered that my hands and feet are beginning to be drier. Eventually I know my whole body will get drier and drier. When I look at some photos of other people and I see that their arms look so dry, all I can think of is aging. And so I realized it's time to make the change and do something about it.

Honestly, when I received this- I thought it was just another lotion. I smelled it and I didn't like the smell. It was too strong for me, it smelled like perfume. But I wanted to give it a try so I applied a small amount on my hand. I was surprised that it was easily absorbed by the skin, and immediately the scent disappeared. Whew! Thank Goodness because I cannot stand strong scents.

What makes this different is how easily absorbent it is and how watery the lotion is. How many times do we say we hate greasy sticky lotions? The Express Hydration lotion is just that! It's non greasy, not sticky at all!

It dries quickly but moisturizes the skin very well. Since it dries really fast, there's no need for me to sit still and wait for the lotion to dry. I can already do whatever I need to do right after application because it already is absorbed fully by the skin. Great right?

It's pretty long lasting too. I apply it at night after showering and hours after that, right before bed time, my skin is still soft.

I also like the fact that even after application, I don't look scaly. My skin doesn't look like it's a snake's body because of the scaly texture the lotion leaves. And when I do the scratch test, it perfectly shows that my skin is very well hydrated.

Even Pooh loves my lotion! :)

I can't say that this is my H.G. lotion just yet because I'm just beginning to appreciate lotions in general. But I have to say that this is a very good candidate! And it definitely has everything I'm looking for in a good body lotion. :) I recommend this to everyone, even though it says that it's for normal to dry skin. I feel like even oily skinned people can also benefit from this since it feels very light anyways. Maybe you guys can check it out and see for yourself. :)

It’s been a looonnngg and buuussyyy week. All I kept thinking was how much I wanted to sit back and blog again. It really is my form of distressing.

Anyways, I mentioned before that I haven’t used the iWhite Nose Pack yet. Well I already have, just this week. And I was also able to take before and after shots. :)

Before starting, I just want to put a little disclaimer out there. The photos are a little too visual. So if you don’t want to see scary looking blackheads and whiteheads, go to the next post instead. :)

The story of my nose:

So I have a lot of blackheads and whiteheads around my nose area. The pores are also quite visible.  Whenever I go to facials, that’s always where the therapist would focus. She rarely needs to prick on other parts of my face because they’re clear… just my nose.

So after washing my face using iWhite Moisturizing Facial Wash, I applied a generous amount of the pack on my nose. And I kept it on for about 15-20 minutes before peeling it off.

The product is suppperrr easy to use, very convenient since it only takes a couple of minutes of your time. It  has a very mild scent, it actually smells quite good. It wasn’t that hard to apply but it was indeed difficult to remove because it really sticks to the skin. Btw, it can only be used twice a week.

And here are the results, I was amazed!

As you can see, it has reduced the amount of black heads on my nose! Imagine, it was just 20 minutes!!! My gosh, I can’t believe it at first either but seeing the photos side by side, it shows how effective iWhite Nose Pack really is! :)
